We are more than just a gaming platform. new1b is a community, an experience, and a trust built on safety, fairness, and uncompromising entertainment for every member in Malaysia.
The story behind the platform trusted by millions of players
New1b started with a single straightforward goal — to provide an online entertainment platform that Malaysians can truly trust. We understand that choosing a safe platform is no easy task, especially in a market crowded with options that lack transparency.
That's why we built new1b around three core principles: data security, game fairness, and an enjoyable user experience. From day one, we committed to never taking shortcuts — every feature, every game, and every support system is carefully designed so members can play with complete peace of mind.
Today, new1b has grown into one of Malaysia's most sought-after online entertainment platforms. With over two million registered members and a game collection spanning Live Casino, Slot Games, Sports, Bingo, and more — we keep moving forward to make sure your experience is always the best it can be.
"At new1b, we believe that great entertainment isn't just about luck — it's about a fair, safe, and enjoyable experience. That's our promise to every member."
Our team comprises experienced professionals in technology, cybersecurity, and digital entertainment. We operate to international standards while understanding local needs — including Malay language support, Malaysian payment methods, and customer service that truly understands the local user.
What sets new1b apart from other platforms is not just its extensive game library. It is our integrated approach — combining cutting-edge technology with a human touch — to ensure every interaction you have with our platform feels personal, secure, and meaningful.
To provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment platform — built specifically to meet the needs and preferences of Malaysian users.
To become Southeast Asia's number one online entertainment platform, recognised for transparency, innovation, and commitment to member satisfaction.

Every step of the new1b journey has been built on lessons learned, member feedback, and a commitment to be better than yesterday. Here is a brief history of our story.
A team of technology experts and digital entertainment industry veterans came together to build a different kind of platform — one that puts Malaysian users first, delivering a smooth, secure, and genuinely enjoyable gaming experience.
New1b began strengthening its technology infrastructure and forging partnerships with internationally acclaimed game providers. Multi-layered security systems, data encryption, and user protection mechanisms were built from the ground up.
The new1b platform officially launched with an initial game collection spanning Live Casino, Slots, and Sports Betting. Early response from Malaysian users was overwhelmingly positive, confirming that our approach was exactly what the market needed.
Membership grew rapidly on the back of rising trust. new1b added more game categories including Bingo, exclusive Asian games, and premium live tables, while strengthening its 24/7 customer support system.
With over 2 million active members, 1,000+ game options, and a solid reputation, new1b continues to innovate and deliver the best gaming experience possible. We're not stopping here — the journey to be the best goes on.
